Grigoris Kikis is a chef and business owner based in Athens, Greece. Born in 1996, he is the youngest Greek chef to have earned both a Michelin star and a Toque d'Or.

Holding a degree in Business Administration and driven by a passion for the culinary arts from a young age, Grigoris trained in some of Europe’s top restaurants before returning to Greece to develop his own distinctive culinary identity. His cuisine blends modern techniques with the rich flavors of Greek tradition, placing strong emphasis on fresh, seasonal ingredients.

He has received significant national and international recognition, including honors from San Pellegrino, Forbes 30 Under 30, and the FNL Guide. His vision is to elevate Greek gastronomy on the global stage.
